User Agreement

1. User obligations
You agree to use Nimbus Forge Academy services, including community forums, briefs, and live sessions, in a lawful manner consistent with Republic of Korea regulations and our posted code of conduct. You must provide accurate registration details, safeguard credentials, and refrain from disrupting shared classroom projects or harassing staff, moderators, or peers. You may not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without written authorization. You are responsible for any content you submit, including ensuring you have rights to share materials you upload. Operational use of labs must remain inside the scope described for each cohort; exceeding quotas or attempting lateral movement between sandboxes may result in suspension. You must honor intellectual property notices on curriculum assets and refrain from redistribution except where explicitly permitted.
2. Intellectual property
Curriculum text, diagrams, lab templates, and branding remain the property of Nimbus Forge Academy or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use materials for personal learning during your enrollment period unless a corporate agreement states otherwise. You may retain notes and derivative artifacts you personally authored, provided they do not reproduce substantial proprietary content verbatim. Trademarks referenced in lessons belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively. Feedback you provide may be incorporated into future materials without obligation of payment, though we will not attribute private anecdotes publicly without consent. Open-source components used in labs retain their upstream licenses; where copyleft terms apply, you must comply when exporting code.
3. Liability limitations
Services are provided on an as-is basis to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law in the Republic of Korea. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free labs, or specific career outcomes. To the extent permitted, our aggregate liability arising from these terms shall not exceed the amounts you paid us for the specific offering giving rise to the claim during the six months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost goodwill, except where such exclusions are void. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be limited by law.
4. Service description
Nimbus Forge Academy delivers cohort-based Google Cloud engineering education, optional corporate upskilling, newsletters, and community moderation. Deliverables may include live instruction, recorded sessions where offered, mentor feedback windows, and downloadable briefs. Features may evolve; we will communicate material reductions in writing where feasible. Some activities depend on third-party platforms such as video conferencing tools; their availability and terms are outside our control. Pricing pages describe informational tiers without constituting an offer capable of acceptance until a separate enrollment agreement is signed where required.
5. Acceptance and changes
By accessing the site, creating an account, or attending a session, you acknowledge that you have read this User Agreement and agree to be bound. If you are entering on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. We may update these terms to reflect operational, legal, or product changes. Material updates will be posted with a revised last-updated date, and for enrolled participants we may also email a summary. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance except where applicable law requires explicit consent. If you disagree with an update, you must stop using the services and may exercise refund rights where eligible under our Refund Policy.
