Refund Policy

1. Refund process

Submit a written request to hello@boxarchivezone.one including enrollment reference, payer name, and reason for the request. We acknowledge within three business days and may ask clarifying questions. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method where technically possible; otherwise we coordinate an alternative traceable channel. Partial refunds, when applicable, are calculated against unused synchronous session weeks, not subjective progress claims.

2. Timeframe

For eligible consumer purchases governed by Korean remote-sales rules, you may withdraw within fourteen days of purchase if services have not been substantially consumed. Once live sessions or personalized mentor reviews have been delivered beyond the opening module, partial rules apply as described in scope. Processing of approved refunds typically completes within fourteen business days depending on payment partners.

3. Scope

This policy covers tuition-style payments for listed programs on our pricing page and deposits where explicitly labeled refundable. It does not cover third-party exam fees, travel, or software licenses purchased directly from vendors. Corporate invoices may follow separate contractual schedules.

4. Eligibility

Eligibility requires good-faith participation and compliance with conduct rules. Refunds may be denied for violations that caused removal from cohorts. Technical dissatisfaction alone may qualify for partial credit toward a future cohort rather than cash refund, at our discretion where permitted.

5. Exceptions

No refund is available for amounts paid to external certification bodies or travel booked independently. If a chargeback is initiated before contacting us, we may pause accounts until good-faith dialogue resumes. Promotional credits are non-cashable. Where law mandates a different outcome, local statutes prevail and we will document the adjustment in writing.
