Communications about unrelated support topics may be routed to moderators without accessing unnecessary personal data.

In Korea, PIPA grants rights to access and correction, and limited deletion in certain cases. We honor verifiable requests without discrimination. Where deletion conflicts with legitimate retention needs, such as tax or dispute records, we explain the limitation. You may withdraw consent for optional marketing while still receiving essential service messages. Appeals may be escalated to competent supervisory authorities where applicable.

We collect account identifiers, contact details, billing references where applicable, technical logs (IP address, user agent), cookie identifiers, cohort participation metadata, and content you submit to forums or forms. Video sessions may generate attendance logs. Support tickets may contain attachments you supply voluntarily. We avoid collecting government identifiers unless legally required for invoicing. Sensitive categories are not solicited; please do not upload health or biometric data to labs.

Processing supports delivering education, moderating community safety, analyzing aggregated usage to improve materials, complying with law, and sending optional newsletters when opted in. Corporate programs may process participant rosters under controller-to-processor arrangements described in separate statements. We rely on subprocessors such as email delivery, conferencing, and cloud hosting providers bound by contractual confidentiality and data-processing terms.
