Refund Policy
1. Process
Submit refund requests to team@boxarchivezone.one with enrollment ID, cohort name, and reason so we can verify eligibility. We confirm receipt within three business days and outline any missing information. Approved refunds are initiated through the original payment path where technically possible.
2. Timeframe
For eligible self-paced starts, you may request a refund within fourteen days of purchase if you have not downloaded proprietary lab bundles. Cohort programs follow the date windows stated on each listing, which may differ when employers pre-pay. Bank processing times vary; allow up to ten additional business days after approval.
3. Scope
This policy covers tuition-like fees collected by Azure Harbor Academy for listed programs. Exam fees paid directly to vendors are outside our scope. Add-on hardware or third-party textbooks are non-refundable once shipped.
4. Eligibility
Eligibility requires good-faith participation and compliance with acceptable use rules. Partial refunds may apply if you attended part of a cohort but withdrew before the midpoint described in the syllabus. No refund is available after you complete a capstone assessment that unlocks certification vouchers from partners.
5. Contact
Use the same email thread when following up so staff can trace decisions quickly. Phone support is available for enterprise contracts that include SLAs; otherwise email remains the primary channel.
6. Exceptions
Force majeure events such as natural disasters may delay cohorts; in those cases we offer rescheduling before refunds. Employer-sponsored seats may require internal approval before we can process refunds. Promotional bundles priced below standard tuition may carry stricter rules disclosed at checkout.
7. Charge disputes
If you initiate a chargeback, we pause lab access until the dispute resolves to prevent abuse. We cooperate with card networks and share evidence of delivery when permitted.
8. Record keeping
We retain refund decisions for audit trails consistent with tax and consumer protection obligations. You may request a summary of your refund history for the past twenty-four months.
9. Goodwill
Even when strict rules deny a refund, we may offer credits toward a future cohort when fairness supports it. Credits expire after twelve months unless stated otherwise in writing.
